At Sansone Chrysler Jeep® Dodge RAM of Avenel, NJ, we believe a great used and new car dealer should do more than just sell great cars, they should also have their finger on the pulse of the latest in automotive news. So, in that effort, we’re excited to share our first look at the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, expected to hit showroom floors in the Fall of 2019.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee has always been the largest and most robust of the Jeep family lineup. As other SUVs from other manufacturers have become smaller and smaller, the Jeep Grand Cherokee has continued offering the truest SUV driving experience, and the 2020 model is expected to be no different.
The 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee sits at the top of the 2020 lineup, as a true powerhouse. The standard model is expected to come with a 293 horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine which is already one of the most powerful engines out of the Jeep SUV family. That said, this roaring V6 can be bumped up to a 6.4-liter V8 engine which provides a significant boost to performance offering up 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft worth of torque. So, yes, that means the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee is going to be a champion of towing and this powerful SUV is expected to have a towing capacity nearing 7,200 lb.
The 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee is going to be more than just a powerhouse, it is also going to be equipped with the latest in automotive safety and self-driving technology. The 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee will be able to change lanes, accelerate, and steer automatically thanks to a suite of cutting-edge automotive technology.
While you may have to wait a little while for the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to enter our dealership, you can test drive the plethora of other new Jeep models that we offer at Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.
